ABOUT THE CLASS
This class is a mix of active postures to strengthen the body and passive postures to ease the mind and nervous system. It’s a soulful and gentle vinyasa flow to unwind tension and create mobility, weaving in breath work and meditation. You can attend in person or online as you prefer.
We take inspiration from the natural world and integrate music and words from teachers through the ages. Yoga links each movement to the breath, so it is a moving meditation. We cultivate deep attention to promote healthy movement and explore our individual abilities, integrating ancient yoga practices with modern movement science, to feel our very best.
No transfers or cancellations. When you book you will receive Zoom link for classes, so you can practise online or in person.

All welcome, including beginners. Experience yoga in nature, with a relaxing and energising practice, cultivating awareness of self and the environment.
